Problem

Two particles A and B move in a plane with constant velocity vectors vA\mathbf v_A and vB\mathbf v_B respectively. (i) Define the velocity of A with respect to B. (ii) Prove that the velocity of A with respect to B is equal in magnitude but opposite in direction to the velocity of B with respect to A. (iii) State the physical significance of the result obtained in part (ii).
