Problem

(Ferris-wheel rotation) (i) During a ride, a Ferris-wheel seat turns through 2.402.40 radians in the counter-clockwise direction. Calculate the corresponding angular displacement in degrees, correct to one decimal place. (ii) Immediately afterwards, the seat turns through −1.25-1.25 radians (clockwise). Determine the angular displacement of this second motion in degrees, indicating its sign. (iii) Find the net angular displacement from the start of the ride to the end of the second motion, expressing your answer in degrees (correct to one decimal place).
