Problem

A conic CC satisfies the differential equation (1+y2) dx−xy dy=0(1+y^2)\,dx - xy\,dy = 0 and passes through the point (1,0)(1,0). An ellipse EE which is confocal with CC has its eccentricity equal to 23\sqrt{\frac{2}{3}}. Find the locus of the point of intersection of the perpendicular tangents to the ellipse EE. (1) x2+y2=4x^2 + y^2 = 4 (2) x2+y2=8x^2 + y^2 = 8 (3) x2+y2=10x^2 + y^2 = 10 (4) x2+y2=13x^2 + y^2 = 13
