Problem
A solid cube of side 18cm is melted. During the melting process 10% of the material is lost. The remaining metal is cast into identical solid cubes, each of side 3cm.
(i) Find the volume of the original cube.
(ii) Calculate the volume of one small cube.
(iii) Determine the number of complete small cubes that can be formed.
