Problem

A 100 V(rms)100\,\text{V(rms)} source is connected to a series circuit containing a 20 Ω20\,\Omega resistor, a 0.20 H0.20\,\text{H} inductor and an 80 μF80\,\mu\text{F} capacitor. (i) The rms current is observed to be 4.0 A4.0\,\text{A}. Calculate the two possible angular frequencies (to two significant figures) at which this can occur. (ii) Convert these angular frequencies to the corresponding frequencies in hertz.
