Problem

In parallelogram ABCDABCD, points EE and FF are the mid-points of sides ABAB and CDCD respectively. Diagonals ACAC and BDBD intersect at OO. Lines EOEO and FOFO are drawn. (i) Prove that △AOE\triangle AOE and △COF\triangle COF are congruent. (ii) Hence, show that area(△AOE)=area(△COF)\text{area}(\triangle AOE) = \text{area}(\triangle COF). (iii) Prove that the area of quadrilateral AOCFAOCF is equal to the area of quadrilateral BOEDBOED.
