Problem

While pulling a trolley on a straight road, a student first applies a force of 60 N60\,\text{N} along the direction of motion and moves it 5 m5\,\text{m}. (i) Calculate the work done in this case. (ii) Later, the student applies the same 60 N60\,\text{N} force but at an angle of 45∘45^{\circ} to the direction of motion. How far must the trolley be pulled so that the work done is equal to the value obtained in part (i)?
