Problem

Two condensers AA and BB, each having slabs of dielectric constant k=2k = 2, are connected in series. When they are connected across a 230 V230\text{ V} supply, the potential difference across AA is 130 V130\text{ V} and that across BB is 100 V100\text{ V}. If the dielectric in the condenser of smaller capacitance is replaced by one for which k=5k = 5, what will be the values of potential difference across them?
