Problem

Calculate the wavelength, in nanometres, of the photon emitted when an electron in a hydrogen atom transitions from the n=3n = 3 level to the n=2n = 2 level. Take RH=1.097×107 m−1R_H = 1.097 \times 10^{7}\,\text{m}^{-1}.
