Problem

For the reaction, 2NO+H2→N2O+H22\text{NO} + \text{H}_2 \rightarrow \text{N}_2\text{O} + \text{H}_2 , the value of −dPdt-\frac{dP}{dt} was found to be 1.5 Pa s−11.5 \text{ Pa s}^{-1} for a pressure of 359 Pa359 \text{ Pa} of NO\text{NO} and 0.25 Pa s−10.25 \text{ Pa s}^{-1} for a pressure of 152 Pa152 \text{ Pa} of NO\text{NO} . The pressure of H2\text{H}_2 being constant. If pressure of NO\text{NO} was kept constant, the value of −dPdt-\frac{dP}{dt} was found 1.60 Pa s−11.60 \text{ Pa s}^{-1} for a pressure of H2\text{H}_2 289 Pa289 \text{ Pa} and 0.79 Pa s−10.79 \text{ Pa s}^{-1} for a pressure of 147 Pa147 \text{ Pa} of H2\text{H}_2 . Calculate the order of reaction.
