Problem

For a real parameter kk, let fk(x)=x2+k(x∈R),g(x)=x  (x≥0).f_k(x)=x^{2}+k\quad(x\in\mathbb{R}),\qquad g(x)=\sqrt{x}\;(x\ge0). (i) In terms of kk, find the range of fkf_k. (ii) Determine all real values of kk for which the composition (g∘fk)(x)(g\circ f_k)(x) is defined for at least one real xx. (iii) For each such kk, obtain the largest possible domain of (g∘fk)(g\circ f_k) and give the explicit expression of the composition on this domain.
