Problem

Consider the family of angles whose radian measure is given by βn=(3n+1)π6\displaystyle \beta_n = \dfrac{(3n+1)\pi}{6}, where nn is any integer. (i) Express βn\beta_n in degree measure in terms of nn. (ii) Determine all integers nn for which βn\beta_n lies in the fourth quadrant. (iii) For each integer obtained in part (ii), evaluate tan⁡βn\tan \beta_n without using a calculator.
