Problem

Two cars, P and Q, move along a straight road with constant accelerations (not necessarily equal). At a certain instant, P overtakes Q; at that instant their speeds are 25 m/s25 \text{ m/s} for P and 5 m/s5 \text{ m/s} for Q. Both cars then continue to move with their respective constant accelerations, and after some time Q again overtakes P. At this second instant of crossing, the speed of P is 40 m/s40 \text{ m/s}. Find the speed of Q at this second instant.
