The conductivity of 20 mL20\text{ mL} of 0.2 N NaOH0.2\text{ N NaOH} solution is a S cm−1a\text{ S cm}^{-1} . If 10 mL10\text{ mL} of 0.4 N HCl0.4\text{ N HCl} solution is added to this solution, the conductivity decreases by b S cm−1b\text{ S cm}^{-1} . The resultant solution has equivalent conductivity in S cm2eq−1\text{S cm}^2\text{eq}^{-1} is : (1) a−ba-b (2) (a−b)×304\frac{(a-b) \times 30}{4} (3) (a−b)×3×1044\frac{(a-b) \times 3 \times 10^4}{4} (4) (a−b)×43\frac{(a-b) \times 4}{3}
