Problem

A particle moves in a straight line, with the velocity at time tt seconds given by v=sin⁡tt+1v = \frac{\sin t}{\sqrt{t+1}} m s-1. (a) Find the distance travelled by the particle in the first five seconds of motion, giving your answer to one decimal place. (b) Find the first two times when the magnitude of acceleration is 0.3 m s−20.3 \text{ m s}^{-2} .
