Problem
A gardener pushes a lawn roller along a straight path by applying a constant horizontal force of 180N. In one complete stroke the roller moves forward by 75cm in the direction of the force.
(i) Convert the displacement of one stroke into SI units.
(ii) Calculate the work done by the gardener in one stroke.
(iii) The gardener makes 200 identical strokes to cover the whole lawn. Find the total work done and express your answer in kilojoules.
