Problem

For the system of inequalities x−y≥2x - y \ge 2, y≥1y \ge 1, x≥0x \ge 0, consider the expression S=4x+yS = 4x + y to be maximised. (i) Draw the feasible region determined by the constraints. (ii) Determine whether SS attains a finite maximum value in the feasible region. Give a clear justification based on your graph. (iii) Find the minimum value of SS, if it exists, and the corresponding point.
