Problem

In a region of space, a uniform magnetic field BB is along the positive xx-axis. Electrons are emitted from the origin with speed vv at different angles. Show that the paraxial electrons are refocused on the xx-axis at a distance 2πmvBe\frac{2\pi mv}{Be}. Here, mm is the mass of an electron and ee is the magnitude of its charge.
