Problem

In an acute-angled triangle △ABC\triangle ABC, let the perpendicular bisectors of sides ABAB and ACAC meet at OO. The perpendicular from OO to side BCBC meets BCBC at DD. Join OBOB and OCOC. (i) Prove that OB=OCOB = OC. (ii) Show that ODOD bisects BCBC. (iii) Prove that quadrilateral BODCBODC is cyclic. (iv) Hence, show that ∠BDC=2∠BAC\angle BDC = 2\angle BAC.
