Problem

Consider the functions f(x)=x2+1f(x)=x^{2}+1, g(x)=1x−2g(x)=\dfrac{1}{x-2} (with x≠2x\neq2) and h(x)=∣x∣h(x)=|x|. (i) Determine (g∘f)(x)(g\circ f)(x). (ii) Using the result of part (i), evaluate (h∘g∘f)(−1)(h\circ g\circ f)(-1). (iii) List all real numbers xx for which (h∘g∘f)(x)(h\circ g\circ f)(x) is defined, giving reasons for any restrictions.
