Problem

For the ellipse x29+y24=1\dfrac{x^{2}}{9}+\dfrac{y^{2}}{4}=1, a point is located at (1.5,3)(1.5,\sqrt{3}) and its xx–coordinate is increasing at 0.40 units/s0.40\text{ units/s}. Calculate dydt\dfrac{dy}{dt} at that moment (include units).
