Problem

Consider three vectors p=i+j+k\mathbf{p} = \mathbf{i} + \mathbf{j} + \mathbf{k} , q=2i+4j−k\mathbf{q} = 2\mathbf{i} + 4\mathbf{j} - \mathbf{k} and r=i+j+3k\mathbf{r} = \mathbf{i} + \mathbf{j} + 3\mathbf{k} . If p\mathbf{p} , q\mathbf{q} and r\mathbf{r} denotes the position vector of three non-collinear points, then the equation of the plane containing these points is (1) 2x−3y+1=02x - 3y + 1 = 0 (2) x−3y+2z=0x - 3y + 2z = 0 (3) 3x−y+z−3=03x - y + z - 3 = 0 (4) 3x−y−2=03x - y - 2 = 0
