Problem

Two right-angled triangles share a common vertex QQ. In △PQR\triangle PQR right-angled at QQ, the known side lengths are PQ=9  cmPQ = 9\;\text{cm} and QR=12  cmQR = 12\;\text{cm}. In another right-angled triangle QRSQRS also right-angled at QQ, the hypotenuse is QS=15  cmQS = 15\;\text{cm}. (i) Find the length PRPR. (ii) Determine the length RSRS. (iii) The points P,R,S,QP, R, S, Q in that order form a quadrilateral. Calculate its perimeter.
