Problem

Consider the quadratic function f(x)=kx2−5x+1f(x)=kx^{2}-5x+1, where kk is a real constant. (a) If f(2)=7f(2)=7, determine the value of kk. (b) Using the value of kk obtained in part (i), calculate f(0)f(0) and f(−3)f(-3). (c) Evaluate f(f(1))f\bigl(f(1)\bigr) with the same value of kk. Show each step of your working.
