Problem

A carpenter cuts two triangular wooden supports. Support 1 is right-angled △CAT\triangle CAT with right angle at AA. Support 2 is right-angled △DOG\triangle DOG with right angle at OO. He measures and finds CT=DG=15 cmCT = DG = 15\ \text{cm} and CA=DO=9 cmCA = DO = 9\ \text{cm}. (i) Prove that △CAT≅△DOG\triangle CAT \cong \triangle DOG. (ii) What can you say about the lengths ATAT and OGOG? Give a reason. (iii) If ATAT is found to be 12 cm12\ \text{cm}, determine the length of OGOG.
