Problem

Two identical balloons start with the same pressure, volume, temperature, and amount of helium. Balloon X is cooled until its temperature drops by 25 % while the external pressure remains constant. Balloon Y, kept at the original temperature, is instead filled with 25 % more helium at constant external pressure. For each balloon, indicate whether its final volume is greater than, less than, or equal to its initial volume.
