A circular pond of radius 28 m is surrounded by a uniform circular path. The area of the path alone is 1386 m2.
(i) Taking π=722, set up an equation to relate the outer radius of the pond with the given data.
(ii) Solve the equation to find the width of the path.
(iii) The path is to be levelled at the cost of Rs 15 per square metre. Find the total expenditure.
