Problem

A square coil of 5050 turns, side 20 cm20\,\text{cm}, is placed in a uniform magnetic field of 0.25 T0.25\,\text{T} normal to its plane. Each side of the square is uniformly reduced at the rate of 2 mm s−12\,\text{mm}\,\text{s}^{-1}. If the resistance of the coil is 5 Ω5\,\Omega, determine the magnitude of the induced current.
