A line segment lies on the line 3x−2y+1=03x-2y+1=0. Its midpoint is (3,5)(3,5). (1) State the gradient of the line segment and its perpendicular bisector. (2) State the equation of the perpendicular bisector. Write your answer in the form ax+by+d=0ax+by+d=0.
