(a) If the length and width of the playground are x metres and y metres respectively, form two linear equations in x and y using the given information.
(b) Solve the equations to obtain the dimensions of the playground.
(c) The manager claims that widening the playground by 5 m on all sides without increasing the budget is impossible. Justify this claim using your calculated dimensions.
