Problem

In a laboratory, two point masses are placed 0.15 m0.15\,\text{m} apart in vacuum. One of the masses is 0.25 kg0.25\,\text{kg}. The attractive force measured between them is 9.8×10−6 N9.8\times10^{-6}\,\text{N}. (i) Calculate the mass of the other body. (ii) Express the measured force in dyne. (iii) If both masses are doubled simultaneously while the separation remains 0.15 m0.15\,\text{m}, determine the new force in SI units.
