Problem

A 0.80 kg0.80\,\text{kg} particle moves with speed 6.0 m/s6.0\,\text{m/s} in a direction that makes a 30∘30^{\circ} angle north of east. At a particular instant the particle is 2.5 m2.5\,\text{m} due north of point AA. Using the convention that counter-clockwise angular momentum is positive, calculate the zz-component (sign included) of the particle’s angular momentum about point AA at that instant.
