Problem

In △ABC\triangle ABC, let DD be the midpoint of ABAB and EE be the midpoint of ACAC. Through DD draw a line perpendicular to ABAB, and through EE draw a line perpendicular to ACAC. These two perpendicular lines meet at OO. (i) Prove that △ODA≅△ODB\triangle ODA \cong \triangle ODB. (ii) Prove that △OEA≅△OEC\triangle OEA \cong \triangle OEC. (iii) Using the above, show that OB=OCOB = OC and hence justify that OO is equidistant from BB and CC.
