Problem

A reversible reaction H2(g)+I2(g)⇌2HI(g)H_2(g) + I_2(g) \rightleftharpoons 2HI(g) in equilibrium has [H2]=0.5[H_2] = 0.5 , [I2]=0.5[I_2] = 0.5 and [HI]=1.23[HI] = 1.23 in one litre flask. If suddenly 0.6 mole of HI is removed, find out the new equilibrium concentrations.
