Problem

A square coil of 200 turns and side 0.20 m0.20\,\text{m} is rotated at a steady rate of 1200 revolutions per minute1200\,\text{revolutions per minute} about an axis perpendicular to a uniform magnetic field of magnitude 0.15 T0.15\,\text{T}. Keeping the plane of the coil initially perpendicular to the field, calculate: (i) the angular frequency of rotation, (ii) the maximum (peak) value of the emf generated, and (iii) the rms value of the emf generated.
