Problem
A factory sources its raw material from two suppliers S1 and S2. The probability that a consignment comes from S1 is 0.4 and from S2 is 0.6. If the material is from S1, the probability that it meets the purity standard is 0.7. If it is from S2, the probability that it meets the purity standard is x. Given that the overall probability that a randomly received consignment meets the purity standard is 0.82, find the value of x.
