Problem

The universal gravitational constant has the value G=6.67×10−11 N m2 kg−2G = 6.67\times10^{-11}\,\text{N}\,\text{m}^{2}\,\text{kg}^{-2}. Answer the following. (i) Write the dimensional formula of GG. (ii) Convert the given value of GG into the CGS system (dyn\,cm2 g−2\text{cm}^{2}\,\text{g}^{-2}). (iii) By what factor does the numerical value of GG change in going from SI to CGS units? Comment on whether the number increases or decreases and why.
