Problem

A long, tightly wound solenoid (Inner Coil) carries a steady current that produces a uniform magnetic field directed to the right inside its core. Surrounding it coaxially is a separate single-turn conducting loop (Outer Coil). The current in the Inner Coil is suddenly decreased. Viewed from the right end of the solenoid, does the induced current in the Outer Coil run clockwise or counter-clockwise?
