Problem

Two long, identical copper wires A and B are connected in separate circuits. Wire A carries a steady current of 10 mA10\,\text{mA} for 5.0 min5.0\,\text{min}. Wire B carries a steady current IBI_B for 2.0 min2.0\,\text{min}. The total number of electrons transported through wire B in its time interval is exactly the same as that through wire A in its interval. (i) Calculate the total charge that flows through wire A during the stated time. (ii) Using the condition given, find the total charge that must flow through wire B in 2.0 min2.0\,\text{min}. (iii) Hence, determine the value of the current IBI_B in wire B.
