Problem

Let C1C_{1} be the polar curve r=4cos⁡θr=4\cos\theta and C2C_{2} be the circle r=2r=2. For 0≤θ≤π20\le\theta\le\tfrac{\pi}{2}, indicate which curve lies farther from the origin at each angle and therefore serves as the outer boundary of the region between the two curves.
