Problem

For the polynomial r(x)=5x3−2x2+7r(x)=5x^3-2x^2+7, answer the following. (i) Find the remainder when r(x)r(x) is divided by (x−12)\left(x-\frac{1}{2}\right). (ii) Find the remainder when r(x)r(x) is divided by (x−3)(x-\sqrt{3}). (iii) Calculate the difference between the two remainders found in parts (i) and (ii).
