Problem

Vector P⃗\vec P has magnitude 10 units10\,\text{units} and is directed at 30∘30^{\circ} above the positive xx-axis in the xyxy-plane. Vector Q⃗\vec Q has magnitude 15 units15\,\text{units} and is directed at 60∘60^{\circ} above the positive xx-axis in the same plane. (a) Resolve P⃗\vec P and Q⃗\vec Q into their rectangular components. (b) Using your results from part (a), determine the scalar product P⃗⋅Q⃗\vec P\cdot\vec Q. (c) Calculate the angle between P⃗\vec P and Q⃗\vec Q correct to the nearest degree.
