Problem

Two different coils have self-inductances L1=8 mHL_1=8\,\text{mH} and L2=2 mHL_2=2\,\text{mH}. The current in each coil is increased at the same constant rate. At a certain instant, the power supplied to the two coils is the same. At that instant, the current, induced voltage, and energy stored in the first coil are I1I_1, V1V_1, and W1W_1 respectively; the corresponding values for the second coil are I2I_2, V2V_2, and W2W_2. Then (a) I1I2=14\frac{I_1}{I_2}=\frac14 (b) I1I2=4\frac{I_1}{I_2}=4 (c) W1W2=14\frac{W_1}{W_2}=\frac14 (d) V1V2=4\frac{V_1}{V_2}=4
