Problem

A circular loop of radius 0.20 m0.20\,\text{m} has 5050 closely wound turns. The current through the loop changes with time according to I(t)=10t2I(t)=10t^{2}, where II is in amperes and tt in seconds. (i) Obtain an expression for the magnetic field at the centre of the loop as a function of time. (ii) Hence write the time-dependent expression for the magnetic flux linked with the loop. (iii) Determine the magnitude of the emf induced in the loop at t=2.0 st = 2.0\,\text{s}. (iv) State, with reason, whether the induced emf opposes or aids the increasing current.
