Problem

Let h(x)={k(x−3)2,x<3,mx+1,x≥3,h(x)= \begin{cases} \dfrac{k}{(x-3)^2}, & x<3,\\ mx+1, & x\ge 3, \end{cases} where kk and mm are real constants. Determine the values of kk and mm for which lim⁡x→3h(x)\displaystyle\lim_{x\to 3} h(x) exists and hh is continuous at x=3x=3.
