Problem

A single circular loop of radius 5.0 cm5.0\,\text{cm} lies in a region where the perpendicular magnetic field varies with radius rr and time tt according to B(r,t)=2rt  TB(r,t)=2rt\;\text{T} (with rr in metres and tt in seconds). (i) Derive an expression for the magnetic flux through the loop as a function of time. (ii) Hence find the magnitude of the induced emf at t=0.020 st = 0.020\,\text{s}.
