Problem

In a circle, chord ABAB subtends angles at two points CC and DD on the circumference that lie on the same side of ABAB. Answer the following. (i) State the theorem related to the angles subtended by the same chord in the same segment of a circle. (ii) Using the theorem stated in part (i), give a geometrical explanation for why ∠ACB=∠ADB\angle ACB = \angle ADB in the given situation. (iii) If ∠ACB=52∘\angle ACB = 52^\circ, find the value of ∠ADB\angle ADB. Explain briefly how you arrived at your answer.
