Problem

A magnet produces a uniform field B=0.50 TB = 0.50\,\mathrm{T}. Using the free-electron spin-resonance rate 28.0 GHz T−128.0\,\mathrm{GHz\,T^{-1}} and the proton resonance rate 42.58 MHz T−142.58\,\mathrm{MHz\,T^{-1}}, find the frequency of the oscillating field needed to drive each resonance.
