Problem

A closed paper bag, crumpled into an irregular shape, contains two small charged beads carrying +4.0 nC+4.0\,\mathrm{nC} and −1.5 nC-1.5\,\mathrm{nC}. A third bead carrying +8.0 nC+8.0\,\mathrm{nC} is held 3.0 cm3.0\,\mathrm{cm} outside the bag. All charges are at rest and the bag itself is uncharged and non-conducting. Taking the outward normal on the closed surface of the bag, calculate the total electric flux ΦE\Phi_E out of the bag.
