Many Parts, One Behaviour, Ch Communities: finding the groups in a network

Problem

A field trial uses N=16N=16 sensor nodes. Using the Stirling approximation (NN/2)≈2N2/(πN)\binom{N}{N/2}\approx 2^N\sqrt{2/(\pi N)}, ((a)) estimate the number of balanced labellings, ways to put 88 of the 1616 sensors in group 1 and the other 88 in group 2; ((b)) estimate how long it would take to examine every such labelling at a rate of 10610^6 labellings per second.
